TI Restro is a cloud-based SaaS platform that offers complete restaurant management solutions, including POS, inventory, billing, reporting, and customer engagement tools.

2. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not misuse or reverse-engineer any part of the software

3. Payment & Billing
  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
  • Payments are handled via secure third-party gateways.
  • Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and features of TI Restro are the property of Tech Integrators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the service without written permission.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

6. Limitation of Liability
TI Restro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. You use the platform at your own risk.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Kathmandu District Court.
